Volunteering with North Hobart
Volunteers are a welcome addition to our close-knit, historical and passionate community – in fact we couldn’t run the club without them.
We are always keen to welcome more volunteers to our family. We have an array of opportunities for you to bring your skills and energies to better our club and keep us moving forward.
Working as a volunteer with the North Hobart Football Club is a rewarding activity that connects people, develops skills and helps us to improve our club and therefore the greater community. We are committed to ensuring that our volunteers are celebrated, supported, trained and well informed. Without their generous assistance, we wouldn’t be able to run as many teams or events as we do.
Positions are available for game-day activities such as team management and first aid, canteen and bar service, scoring and statistics, merchandise and raffle sales, assisting with pre-game lunches and live score updates on social media.
Mid-week volunteers are needed for general administration and up-keep, team training, mid-week social events and club archive management.
We also seek the services of volunteers willing to provide assistance in their field such as sports administration, archive management, communications, marketing, volunteer coordination, social events, education and player wellbeing and finances.
If you love your footy and you have some time and energy there is a place for you at our wonderful club.
